Meeting Objective
The purpose of this kickoff meeting was to align all stakeholders on the project execution plan, communication model, deliverables, review cycles, and implementation approach.

Project Execution Approach
The project will be executed in a phased manner to ensure proper validation and stakeholder approvals before proceeding to subsequent stages.
Phase 1 — UI/UX Design
- UI/UX design will be the first activity.
- Design team will prepare an initial sample design/mockup.
- Sample screens will be presented for stakeholder review.
- Feedback will be collected and incorporated.
- Design approval is mandatory before proceeding to the next phase.
Phase 2 — Complete Frontend Development
- Upon approval of the sample design, the complete application UI will be designed.
- All application screens and workflows will be implemented.
- Frontend development will be completed and demonstrated.
- UI consistency, responsiveness, and UX validation will be performed.
Phase 3 — Backend Development & Integration
- Backend implementation will begin only after frontend completion and approval.
- APIs, database design, business logic, workflows, and integrations will be developed.
- Frontend and backend integration activities will be performed.
- End-to-end functionality testing will be conducted.
Phase 4 — Deployment & UAT
- Application deployment will be carried out in the designated environment.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) will be conducted.
- Defects and enhancement requests identified during UAT will be addressed.
- Final production deployment will be planned after UAT sign-off.
